Honorary Membership Honorary Membership is open to any member of the New Hampshire state or federal judiciary, including retired members of the judiciary, the dean of University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, and other distinguished members of the New Hampshire legal community, as determined by the Board. Honorary members are non-voting members and are not required to pay dues.
