Back by popular demand - join us for a private Beginner Trapeze Yoga class at High Definition Fitness in Portsmouth!
Beginner Trapeze is designed with beginners in mind, offering a perfect balance of strength-building exercises and deep, supported stretches to improve flexibility. You’ll also experience the benefits of spine-lengthening inversions, which can help relieve tension in the back and hips. This class is open to all and focused on “go at your own pace.” It is ideal if you’re looking for a low-impact workout that’s both challenging and supportive. In addition to increased strength and flexibility, regular practice with the trapeze helps with back and hip discomfort, making it a great choice for those looking to improve overall well-being.
This class can sometimes cause dizziness for those that are not used to being upside down or suffer from motion sickness. This class is not recommended for those that are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, glaucoma, a recently fractured back or leg, osteoporosis, or hernias. Please consult with your doctor before joining a class if you have any health conditions or injuries that may put you at risk in this class.
