Join Us in Changing Lives: Criminal Record Annulment Training

603 Legal Aid and the NH Women’s Bar Association have teamed up to empower women in our community by helping them clear their criminal records. Annulment of a criminal record can be life-changing, removing barriers that make it difficult to:

✅ Secure housing—whether through private landlords or public assistance
✅ Access federal benefit programs
✅ Gain admission to higher education
✅ Qualify for grants, loans, or work-study programs
✅ Find stable employment
✅ Obtain necessary licenses or certifications
✅ Enlist in the armed forces
✅ Restore firearm rights

Get Involved: Free Virtual Training on the Annulment Process worth 1.5 hours of CLE credit.

Emma Sisti, Deputy Director of 603 Legal Aid, will lead this essential training. Once trained, you’ll be eligible to and asked to take on annulment cases for women in need, at the level that works for your needs and schedule. The process is straightforward—no court appearances required—yet the impact is profound.

The training is of no cost to you but a small investment of your time can help change the trajectory of a woman’s future.

Zoom details will be emailed to all participants no less than 48 hours before the training.

Please note: NHWBA believes our CLEs meet the requirements of NH Supreme Court Rule 53 and that this CLE may qualify for up to 90 minutes toward the annual NHMCLE requirement. NHMCLE does not preapprove or accredit CLEs. Attendees must self-determine whether a program is eligible for credit, and self-report their attendance.
