Candidate Biographies |
President |
| Lyndsay N. Robinson - Shaheen & Gordon Lyndsay has served on the NHWBA board since 2019, most recently as Vice President. I am a Shareholder at Shaheen & Gordon, PA practicing family law, estate planning, and probate administration. I am also co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committee. I have been involved with the NHWBA since I was a law student at UNH Law. As a 2nd year law student, I had the privilege of being the recipient of the Winnie McLaughlin Scholarship. As a student who struggled financially and worked multiple jobs, I was so touched by the organization’s generosity. I made a promise that I would give back in the future to pay it forward. After meeting many members of the NHWBA and attending events as a student, I quickly realized that this was a group I wanted to be involved with. I joined the Membership Committee and then became actively involved with the public service committee. As a member, I assisted with many drives/collections including collecting meals for families around the holidays and items for unprivileged families with young children. I then served as a At Large Board Member before being elected as the Networking Chair. For the past four years, I have been serving on the Executive Committee – for two years as Treasurer followed by two years as Vice Chair. As former chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association Gender Equality Committee, we built a strong connection with the Bar Association and co-hosted a number of events together. I would not be where I am today, personally and professionally, if it were not for the NHWBA. This organization has opened so many doors for me, has given me unlimited resources, and brought me countless mentors. I am forever grateful for all the opportunities this organization has given me. It would be an honor and privilege to serve the NHWBA as President. |
