Join us for a virtual barre class from your home, office or home-office. Invite your colleagues! This event is not just for women; everyone is welcome.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Barre is an athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. You will need a chair or countertop for balance. No dance experience is needed.
