Our Annual Retreat is a not-to-be-missed, overnight event! The Annual Retreat involves opportunities to connect with attorneys from firms and organizations across the state, to receive continuing legal education ("CLE") credit, and to relax at the beautiful Wentworth By The Sea in New Castle New Hampshire, NH's oldest seaside resort and event facility.
The 2026 event will take place on March 20 and 21, 2026 at the Wentworth By The Sea, 588 Wentworth Road, New Castle, NH 03854.
Agenda
Friday, March 20th
2:00-3:30pm: Arrival, Registration, and Welcome Snacks & Activities
3:30-5:30pm: CLE Presentation: I Know What to Do, I’m Just Not Doing It: Get Unstuck and Easily Achieve ALL Your Goals by Dr. Sarah Reiff-Hekking of True Focus Coaching.
In Sarah’s Action-Packed Session, You Will Learn:
- WHY past-due projects continue hogging space on To-Do lists.
- HOW to prioritize to maximize time, energy and money.
- WHEN to create a plan of attack should your schedule be hijacked.
- WHAT working smart really means and how to practice it.
- WHERE your bottom line is being impacted by indecision and lack of focus.
Dr. Reiff-Hekking empowers entrepreneurs and professionals to get a grip on time so that they can get to the next level in their lives and businesses. She believes that you have to find the time management system that works for you, that solutions are found by paying attention to the present moment, and that just like Michelangelo had to chip away at the stone to find the statue, we have to get rid of all the extra stuff that isn’t the core of your life.

10:30-11:30 a.m.: Group Wellness Activity – Flow to Focus: Building Clarity Through Mindful Movement

The first half of the practice is movement-based, using a gentle, accessible flow to warm the body and focus attention. The second half shifts into more restorative, grounding postures designed to calm the nervous system and support sustained focus. Throughout the session, participants will learn practical tools they can take with them into the workplace when stress arises or mental chatter creeps in. Optional use of essential oils may be incorporated to enhance relaxation and sensory awareness*.
